New Projects in Montana, Tennessee and Kentucky
American Stalls, located in Northern Virginia, continues to set the standard in the manufacturing of the finest stabling equipment. The firm prides itself in working with its clients, builders, and architects in being the trusted one-stop solution for all stabling needs. This includes everything from custom built to order Stall Fronts to Barn Doors to Barn Windows to barn flooring and much more. In recent months, the American Stalls team has remained busy in delivering projects across the globe. We would like to feature three outstanding projects that highlight their commitment to quality and innovation. From private barns nestled in the serene landscapes of Montana to the prestigious Kentucky Horse Park, each project reflects their expertise and versatility.
FRANKLIN, TN
In the tranquil setting of Franklin, Tennessee, American Stalls worked with the client, their architect, and their builder to craft an 8-stall barn that marries elegance and functionality. The barn features all of the bells and whistles that one could dream up for their barn. As your eyes make contact with the barn, an all-white exterior is dominated by large Sliding Barn Entry Doors. As you make your way inside, your feet make contact with the Black Rubber Pavers. These interlocking pavers cover the aisles, providing comfort and traction essential for any horse barn.
The European Stall Fronts serve as the centerpiece with graceful swoops, vented bottoms on the door, and polished aluminum end caps to add a touch of sophistication. Each Stall System includes Grilled Stall Partitions which allows for ample airflow, natural light, and socialization. Inside each stall lies state-of-the-art Stall Mattresses that are found in top facilities such as the World Equestrian Center (WEC). These mattresses offer the client’s horses superior comfort – crucial during inclement weather when turnout is less available. Behind each Stall System is Dutch Doors with glass on top with protective grill guards. The barn exterior also features American Stalls’ tasteful glass Barn Windows – driving modernity to the design while allowing natural sunlight to warm the barn. The end result is a beautiful barn that is built to last.
EUREKA, MT
If you travel across the country, you will find yourself in Montana near the US-Canada border in the charming town of Eureka. American Stalls brought traditional elegance to Eureka, Montana, with another 8-stall barn that blends rustic charm with modern amenities.
The European Stall Fronts feature dressy swoops in its design – balanced with solid lumber in-fill. This balances modern design with local elements of lumber. Each stall is complemented again by the comfortable Stall Mattresses systems. These Stall Mattresses not only provide comfort, but practical benefit to barn owners as they require less shavings long-term and also allow for quicker clean up times because of the seamless top cover. Outside the stall, black Rubber Pavers provide traction, comfort, and curb appeal for the barn’s aisleways. Apart from the stalls, this barn structure is a traditional Montana structure that is easy on the eye with its interior craftsmanship. Walls and ceilings are lined with solid tongue and groove lumber, adding warmth and character. This barn is a lovely reflection of the natural beauty of Eureka.
